Services Provided

Our coaching services are designed to offer guidance, support, and actionable strategies for personal growth, nervous system regulation, and transformation. These services do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full prior to the start of any coaching package unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and digital payment platforms such as Stripe and PayPal.

• Payment plans must be adhered to as agreed. Missed payments may result in suspension of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or services already rendered.

• For coaching packages, refunds will only be considered for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • Testimonials or past experiences shared do not guarantee similar results for all participants.

• By using our coaching services, website, or content, you agree to this disclaimer and fully assume responsibility for your participation.

Confidentiality

• We value your privacy and will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

• By engaging in coaching, you agree not to disclose proprietary materials provided by the Company without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property

• All materials, including but not limited to workbooks, session recordings, and exercises provided during coaching, remain the property of L&L Colomba LLC.

• You may use these materials for personal growth purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without permission.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida. By engaging in our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in this state.
